FNGLA Certified Horticulture Professional – APPROVED
UF Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ Continuing Education – APPROVED

This nearly half-day session provides a wide-ranging overview of horticulture, landscape and ecology topics of interest to anyone working professionally with native plants who increasingly specify native plants for their design projects but struggle to select, source and successfully use them. As Florida’s land grant institution and accredited provider of landscape architecture education, it is important that the university present itself and that landscape architects perceive it as a leader in native plant education and research. This session helps landscape architects establish relationships with the faculty and students leading the way for native plants at UF.
