Sam Mello is the owner of and Lead Designer for Sandhills Native Nursery & Landscaping, a growing retail and wholesale nursery that specializes in native plants of the Panhandle. Sam utilized her BS in Marketing from University of South Florida to kickstart her passion for native ecology, conservation, and design. She also serves on the Board of Bay County Conservancy. The last 5years of lived experience have given her a solid foundation in native plant propagation, curated landscape design, invasive plant management, and habitat restoration.
