Michelle is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the green industry. Her passion for horticulture was ignited early on, working summers at her grandparents’ Azalea nursery in Virginia. This early exposure fostered a deep appreciation for the industry, which has evolved into a successful career encompassing diverse roles.

Michelle brings a wealth of experience to the table, including owning her own lawn maintenance company, managing maintenance accounts, landscape design and overseeing enhancement projects. She has also demonstrated strong project management skills while working with large resorts and theme parks. Currently, Michelle serves as project operations procurement manager, leveraging her industry, knowledge and expertise to source, high-quality products and services. Michelle is a member of the Florida Nursery, Growers, and Landscape Association (FNGLA) and a certified arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA).
