Clients often pressure landscape professionals to provide brilliant color in the landscape. When also tasked to be water wise, environmentally conscious, and have a high emphasis on native plants; adding color can be a challenging prospect. In this course, attendees will learn about ways to add color to the landscape but still maintain their environmental goals while also maintaining a reasonable budget. In the class Troy will discuss how to add color in a wide range of environmental conditions, how to time color progressively throughout the year, and how to reliably keep the color popping year after year in the landscape.
