Production Manager
Clay Hendricksen is an Indian River County, FL Native who has been in the nursery business for 23 Years. His educational background is in Business Management from Indian River Community College. Clay’s career in agriculture took root when he was offered an opportunity to apprentice with a family-owned citrus operation in 2003 and then with their wholesale field grown nursery. He knew from that point that agriculture was his calling! Accepting the Production Manager/ Sales role for Bella Vista Nursery 2005, he grew and sold field grown trees and palms for 18 years, tripling the farms’ output.Clay currently wears two hats as the Production Manager for two farms owned by the same family: Sebastian River Farms, an amazing 600-acre container and field grown nursery in Vero Beach and Perkins Nursery, a premium container saw palmetto grower located in Labelle.
