Where do I park?
Everyone parks in Lots 19 and 20, accessible from Minnesota Ave, west of Woodland Blvd. Remember, don’t listen to your GPS. FOLLOW OUR INSTRUCTIONS.
There are handicapped parking spaces closer to the Carlton Union Building in Lots 11 and 12.
Exhibitors only may briefly unload from parking lot 11 and then move to 20.
If you need assistance, let us know. We may be able to get a parking assistant with golf cart to get you to class.
Where are the classes?
Almost all of the classes are indoors, upstairs on the second floor of the Carlton Union Building, in the big, beautiful Stetson Room.
If you have added the micro-credential option to your two-day registration, you will have an outdoor morning workshop on Wednesday outside the Carlton Union Building. Look for tables under the shade trees with containerized plants.
If you added the Wednesday morning Meadow Management & Enhancements Workshop with Troy Springer to your registration, you will check in with Troy in front of the Carlton Union Building and then walk with him over to the Volusia Sandhill Ecosystem behind the Gillespie Museum. It’s about a 10 minute walk. And then you’ll be standing and walking in the outdoor workshop.
